Successful Chairs come with exceptional experience. It take a special person to guide others toward their own pathways to success and life balance. A Chair is a trusted confidante, personal advisor and executive coach. Chairs need the ability to apply and teach important lessons they have learned in business (and in life) to help our members solve problems and seize opportunities.

- President, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Managing Director, Principal, founder or owner, or senior executive with at least a £5M P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership skills, self-confidence and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong financial acumen
- Have managed ten or more employees
- Have a well-established business network within your community
- High self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- The ability to connect with people and lead groups of high achievers
- Ability to challenge senior executives and hold them accountable for actions they’ve committed to
